Footbridge north hotel is located on RT-1 in Wells Maine. The main building of the motel is on the backside of the Owners house. Footbridge North is a non-smoking and pet free facility. We also offer weekly discounted rates. The minimum age to reserve a guest room at the Footbridge North Hotel is 20 years of age. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. We love our guests and are as flexible as possible! If you require an early check in or a later check out, just call ahead of time to speak with Uzma at 603-918-2337. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you when you arrive. Our Front Desk is staffed 24 hours a day and the owners live on-site. All rates are per room, per night, double occupancy, and are subject to Maine sales tax (currently 9%). Each additional guest is charged $20.00 per day regardless of age .
